Standard Terms & Conditions
We strongly advise that you read these Terms and Conditions. If you make a booking with us you have agreed to them:
- Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival in the Property
- Check-In: 2:00 PM. Check-Out: 10:30 AM.
- RDC Estate is strictly ADULT ONLY accommodation, it is unsuitable for children ages 1 to 15 years old. We reserve the right to refuse entry at the management's discretion. Full payment will be charged.
- On booking the cottage for 2 guests rate, you will have access to 1 BEDROOM ONLY, the 2nd BEDROOM will be closed off, but the cottage will be yours only, providing total privacy and exclusivity.
- The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition with all items put back in their place. If additional cleaning is required a $100 charge will apply.
- For privacy and security reasons NO VISITORS are permitted at the cottages, suites, or property unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with management.
- Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of any damage or breakages during your stay. Registered guests agree that any of her / his group members or those who are legally allowed onto the property shall pay a replacement value & or repair cost for any furniture, fixtures & or fittings being damaged during the term of your stay.
- Persons occupying RDC Estate’s cottages and suites will not exceed the number of persons indicated in your booking reservation unless agreed upon by management in writing prior to your arrival.
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
- If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the guests responsibility to advise Property management prior to arrival.
- Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Property takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Property accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day. Claimed items can be collected from the Property with valid identification or alternatively the Property can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.
- Pets: Sadly, because of our rural location we cannot allow any pets in our accommodation.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- RDC Estate reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Direct Bank transfer can be arrange on request.
* 1 Night booking requires full payment which will be charged anytime after booking.
* 2 Nights or more booking within 7 days of arrival requires FULL PAYMENT.
* 2 Nights or more booking requires 50 % of the total amount which will be charged anytime after booking. remaining 50% balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival date for guests that booked DIRECTLY with us. Guests that booked via other booking channels such as TripAdvisor or Booking.com will be charged a prepayment of the TOTAL price of the reservation @ anytime.
Cancellation Policy
- RDC Estate's guests can cancel free of charge 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% of the room rate.
- If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
Booking Modifications
Guests can modify their booking dates ONCE subject to availability/or a credit note valid for 12 months will be issued. A variation in rates may apply to the new dates. Cancellation policy applies for any further modification.
