This wine boasts a vibrant ruby and garnet hue with enticing aromas of red berries, violets, and subtle earthiness. The mild 2022 weather delayed harvest, but warm, sunny periods allowed for ideal ripening, resulting in a stellar vintage.

Crafted from RDC Estate-grown single-vineyard Hunter Valley Semillon, this sparkling is an elegant spring time companion. Early-stopped fermentation has produced a beautifully balanced wine with just 10% alcohol, lively acidity, and a refreshing, delicate finish. Low in alcohol, high in flavour!

This elegant wine features a delicate flavour of bou1uet of silky stone fruit, white peach and nashi pear, toasted oak and a touch of vanilla. Absolutely DELICIOUS! A must try vintage.

A sweet but not too "sticky" white liqueur retaining the core citrus elements of the Semillion grape. Pour it over on ice-cream, or hot pudding. Also great with crushed ice and a squeeze of lime or on its own.
